Install Recoatly on your phone
Add Recoatly to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app. There's nothing to download from an app store.

Recoatly runs in your phone's web browser, so there's no app to download from the App Store or Google Play. Adding it to your home screen gives you an icon that opens Recoatly in its own window, like any other app.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Safari and go to Recoatly.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
- Open Recoatly from the new icon and sign in.
Android
- Open Chrome and go to Recoatly.
- Tap the menu (three dots) at the top right.
- Tap Add to Home screen or Install app, then confirm.
- Open Recoatly from the new icon. Sign in if you're asked to.
Good to know
- Recoatly remembers your sign-in, so the icon usually takes you straight to your day. Technicians start on My day — see My day: your jobs on a phone.
- Your work is saved to Recoatly as you go, so you need mobile data or Wi-Fi to load and save it.
- When a new version of Recoatly comes out, the app updates itself — there's nothing to install.
- Invite your crew from Team first, then have them follow these steps on their own phones. See Invite your team and set their roles.
