Yes. Build agreement templates with merge fields, send them by link, and customers sign on their phone. A signed agreement is frozen, so editing the template later never changes it.
Can I bill quarterly?
Yes. Recurring invoices can go out weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly.
Does it produce state pesticide application records?
Not in a state-specific format. You can record the products used on each job through inventory and custom forms, but check what your state requires and keep the records it asks for.
