Publish your Recoatly website

Put up a simple website with your services, prices, reviews, photos and an enquiry form — built from what's already in Recoatly.

Updated

Recoatly can host a one-page website for your business. It reads your live price book, reviews and photos, so it stays up to date without extra work, and every enquiry from it lands in Recoatly as a lead.

Set it up

  1. Go to Website (under Growth in the menu) and make sure Website is selected at the top.
  2. Under The page, write a Headline, a Sub-headline and About the business.
  3. Choose your Web address, using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
  4. Add your Service area and the Button text, and choose a Look: Ink, Slate, Forest or Clay.
  5. Fill in the Search result title and Search result description — what people see in search results.
  6. Under What appears, choose whether to show your services and prices, customer reviews, a photo gallery and the instant quote.
  7. Click Save changes.

Add sections

Under Extra sections, click Add a section and choose a Text block, Bullet list, How it works, Questions & answers or Call to action. Use the arrows to put them in order, then click Save changes.

Publish

  1. In the Publishing panel, click Publish the site.
  2. Click Open the live page to see it. The full address is in the Publishing panel — add it to your Google Business Profile, your social media pages and your van.

Good to know

  • The page needs a headline before it can be published.
  • Enquiries from the form on the page create a lead, or update the existing contact, and appear under Marketing → Enquiries.
  • The services section lists up to 24 of your active services with their prices.
  • The reviews section shows your most recent written reviews — all of them, not only the best — with the reviewer's first name only.
  • The gallery shows photos shared with customers, which includes photos added on job pages. Turn off Show a photo gallery if you'd rather not show them.
  • To take the page down, click Unpublish. The address shows a not-found page until you publish again.
  • Already have your own website? Add the Recoatly enquiry form to it instead. See Add an enquiry form to your own website.
