Add an enquiry form to your own website
Already have a website? Embed the Recoatly enquiry form on it, or share its link, so every enquiry arrives as a lead.
Updated
Your account comes with a Website enquiry form. It asks for the customer's name, email, phone number and service address, what they need — with options that match your trade — and any details. Every submission creates a lead in Recoatly.
Put it on your site
- Go to Forms (under Field in the menu) and find the Website enquiry card.
- Click Embed on your website and copy the code that appears.
- In your website builder, add an HTML or embed block where you want the form, and paste the code into it.
Prefer a link? Copy the Public link on the same card and use it on social media, in your email signature or behind a "Get a quote" button.
Change the questions
- Click the pencil on the form card.
- Edit a question's answer type or tick Required, or click Add field to add a question. For a dropdown, list the options separated by commas.
- Keep Publish publicly ticked so the link keeps working, and click Save form.
Good to know
- Don't reword the six standard questions. Recoatly uses them to fill in the new contact's name, email, phone and address and the enquiry details — add new questions below them instead.
- If an enquiry's email or phone number matches an existing contact, it's added to that contact instead of creating a duplicate.
- Click View submissions on the form card to see everything received.
- New enquiries also appear under Marketing → Enquiries, and owners, administrators, managers and sales reps are notified.
